Our client is seeking a measurement technician for their machining workshop who wants to work in an environment where precision, quality, and collaboration are in focus. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CMM machines to ensure high accuracy in production. You will also adapt materials and perform control measurements to ensure that various components fit together perfectly. After each measurement, you will document the results carefully to maintain traceability and quality throughout the process.

You will be an important part of a small team of five to six people responsible for control and measurement technology. The operation consists of about thirty employees in total. Together, you will work to create mechanical products of the highest quality for the aerospace and defense industry. Here, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to exciting development projects and the manufacturing of prototypes for the development department. The machining workshop consists of about 30 people and includes milling, spark erosion, grinding, surface treatment, hardening, and non-destructive testing (NDT). You will handle materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.

As a measurement technician, you will have a varied workday where you plan your work while closely collaborating with your colleagues. You will alternate between series production and development projects and work closely with both production engineers and external suppliers.

Previous experience as a machine operator is an advantage. We also prefer that you have good knowledge of reading blueprints and metalworking. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, which is important for understanding instructions and technical documentation.
